Orders are shipped out within 4-5 business days after payment is received if the product is in stock. Given the nature of the craft, made-to-order items require 4-6 weeks processing time.
For international deliveries we accept payments via Credit cards and Western Union. For deliveries within Pakistan we offer COD (cash on delivery).
We strive to provide you with as much detail as you need to make an informed purchase, so we offer you accurate measurements, information and multiple views of each outfit.

I put items in my shopping cart a few hours ago and now they are unavailable for purchase. Why does this happen?
Products made and sold by Inaaya are handmade in extremely limitedquantities. A sale is not considered final until the transaction has been completed and you have received an order confirmation. If another customer purchases an item before you check out and pay for your selected items then the stock will be reduced automatically. In the rare event that we are unable to complete your order after confirmation, you will be notified via email within 3 business days. Regrettably, we are unable to ‘hold’ items as the entire process is automatic.
Yes. However, we currently ship only on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. All orders are shipped using FEDEX, DHL, UPS or USPS within 4 – 5 business days.
We offer COD for deliveries within Pakistan.
All of our local orders are delivered within 4-6 days of order placement. Similarly, our international orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Once an order has been successfully placed, you will be able to track the status of your order through the tracking code provided in your order detail page.
I received an additional item which i did not order, and is not listed on the invoice. How do i return it?
Every so often we send a little something extra with your order. It could be a card, a coupon, an accessory or an item. It is our way of showing our appreciation and there is no need to return it.

Inaaya is currently working with female artisans in rural parts of Pakistan. We employ both men and women in our urban centers where all stitching, finishing and packaging takes place.
Inaaya provides contractual employment based on productivity. This allows the workers to gain a supplemental income without neglecting their pre-existing responsibilities, of which there are many in most rural areas. This arrangement stands until both parties are comfortable with full time employment. In both scenarios, the employment is empowering and allows them to better their living conditions as they deem fit.
Unfortunately, we are unable to entertain individual custom orders. However, we have a ‘Made-to-order’ segment and only those designs can be reproduced with minor changes.
